- Encourage maturity in all areas of life and try to look past this week, month, and year to plan for the future and to seek God’s will in all areas of their lives.

- Have the Sarr/Barnts men direct Wednesday small groups on a rotating basis.
- Contact every Sarr/Barnts man at least once per week beyond regular Sunday and Wednesday meetings.

- We desire to purposefully challenge these girls to be women of the Book, to be lovers of God in prayer, and to practice biblical femininity, in order that each one may be complete in Christ.
- We will provide higher accountability to reading God’s Word.
- We will read Twelve Extraordinary Women by John MacArthur.
- We will spend time in prayer every small group. We hope that they will learn how to pray by listening to us pray.
- We will be praying that we will faithfully challenge them to love the Lord.
